Something About U

After 20 years it is time to have some new mixes for the classic hardtrance anthem ‘The Act – Something About U’. This time 3 complete different styles, but the massive DJ Garry Remix that destroyed and dominated dance-floors back in 2000 is off course also included in this package.

Despite the fact that DJ Garry is no longer with us, the progressive remix is a collaboration between DJ Garry and Luc Poublon, the writer and producer of Something About U. Luc received a few years back an idea of Garry to do a remake, but Garry never got the chance to finished it. So Luc took this track and finished it. The production is a subdued progressive trance groove. The synths are absolutely scrumptious, while rhythm is a defining characteristic. The track is building up till the end where the recognizable bass line and the main melody is revealed.

Gizeh (Rob Fabrie) breathes new life into this classic trance anthem with his recognizable hard- hitting sound that placed him on the trance music’s topproducers list 20 years ago. Gizeh’s remix will make Trance fans hold their breaths before it sends their hearts into a beating spree of excitement and joy.  Gizeh also manages to bring out other elements in the track harmoniously in his up to date 138 uplifting remix.
